The GIS Division of the Department of Planning and Community Development is responsible for the creation and maintenance of the Town’s digital land records, including GPS locating of utilities, updating E-911 and Town Tax maps, and managing the public OnlineGIS mapping system. All real property data within the Town is available online as a public service.

Although all efforts have been made to present accurate information, this data is subject to constant change. The Town of Culpeper makes no warrantees or guarantees as to the accuracy or completeness of this data. Property Card information can be accessed online through Culpeper County’s E-Assessor Services. Please contact the County Clerk of Circuit Court to obtain actual legal descriptions, surveys/plats, and deeds on record.
