Purpose of the Committee:
The Spring Street Arts Center Committee (SSACC) consists of nine (9) Town and County citizens. The special committee was established on June 14, 2011, for a special 18-month term to create a plan to convert the old Spring Street water and electric facilities into an Arts Center for both visual and performing arts, reach out to the community groups, and increase awareness of the development of an Arts Center on Spring Street.
