ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW BOARD

Meeting Schedule:

The Architectural Review Board's regular monthly meeting is scheduled for the fourth Wednesday of each month. The meeting is held in the third floor conference room of the Municipal Building, 400 South Main Street, Culpeper, beginning at 5 p.m.

Purpose of the Board:

The Architectural Review Board (ARB) consists of five (5) Town and County citizens gwho serve four-year terms.  The ARB reviews applications to erect, reconstruct, alter, raze, or demolish structures in the Historic District based on Historic District Guidelines and relevant ordinances and policies of the Town.

The Town's Historic District is located on the National and State Federal Landmark of Historic Places.
